- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations
- Drive initiatives related to diversity, equality, and inclusion to foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations with a focus on creating inclusive work environments
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
