Designation : Sr. Project Engineer
Experience: 05 to 07 years
Qualification : B.Tech
Role & Responsibilities
· The Sr .Project Manager will have very good experience of rooftop solar, who will build a full business vertical in rooftop solar segment and will handle overall execution and management responsibilities related to planning, installation, commissioning and charging of solar power plants.
· Manage the team of procurement, designing, engineers and supervisors to ensure adherence to the, specifications, drawings and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure smooth integration.
· Needs to focus on execution, quality, and management of Workforce. Interdisciplinary coordination and safety for all disciplines.
· Coordinate to resolve all issues on site and will manage commercial and contractual issues.
· Overall responsibility for the Budget, P&L, Schedule, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Safety and reporting as related to the Power Plant.
· Work with company management to successfully coordinate and integrate the overall project scope. Responsibilities.
· Project Planning from Mobilization to Demobilization.
· Cost Control and Value Engineering.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Engineering Degree is a MUST.
5-7 years exp in Power/ renewables industry and construction sector(s) -Specifically Round Top
A minimum total 5-6 years of applicable experience.
Technical understanding of all aspects of site construction including Earth Works, Civil Works, Mechanical Works, Trenching Works and Electrical C&I works.
Experience in managing and implementing EPC contracts.
Experience in coordinating multi- disciplinary activities and a proven ability to work across different departments and in an intercultural setting.
