Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Insurance to oversee our insurance processing team. In this role, you will manage daily operations, optimize processes, ensure compliance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of insurance processors; conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
2-Process Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely processing of applications and claims while implementing process improvements.
3-Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and conduct quality reviews to maintain high standards.
4-Communication: Act as the primary contact between the processing team and other departments; facilitate effective communication.
5-Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on team performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
Requirements:
1-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
2-Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
3-Proficient in underwriting software and Microsoft Office Suite
4-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
5-Proven track record in meeting sales targets in a service-based environment
6-Strong knowledge of BPM/BPO services and industry trends
7-Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client needs.
