Responsibilities:
- Managing strong banking relationships to drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Overseeing seamless service delivery for digital rewards, corporate gifting, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborating with technical teams for smooth API integration and solution deployment.
- Leading commercial negotiations with banking partners to finalize agreements.
- Tracking client requirements and planning strategies for business expansion.
- Engaging with clients through regular meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Holding a bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Bringing 10+ years of relevant experience in client servicing, business development, and banking alliances.
- Possessing deep knowledge of banking operations, digital payments, and financial services.
- Demonstrating expertise in API integration and technical solution coordination.
- Excelling in contract negotiations, stakeholder management, and large account servicing.
