Responsibilities:
- Review all studio design work—including image selections, layouts, typography, and visual elements—to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain high-quality design standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy before internal or stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure integrity in visual hierarchy, typography, color accuracy, image selection, and retouching.
- Identify design challenges and skill gaps, proactively communicating them to optimize studio performance.
- Collaborate with studio designers and creative leads to clarify project requirements and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or a related field in Graphic Design.
- 5-7 years of experience in an agency or a similar creative environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC Libraries, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and quality assurance skills.
