Workday Integration Consultant – 4+ Years – Pune (Hybrid)
Exciting opportunity for a Workday Integration Consultant to join a leading tech-driven organization in Pune. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining Workday Extend applications and integrations to support critical business functions.
Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 days work from office)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Extend, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in Workday
- Conduct testing phases (unit, system, end-to-end) and resolve integration issues
- Provide post-deployment support and performance optimization
- Stay current on Workday Extend enhancements and suggest adoption strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 4–8 years of hands-on Workday technical experience
- Expertise in Workday Extend, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of Workday Prism is an added advantage
