Area Sales Manager – FMCG/Consumer Care- Delhi – 3 Years(Tier 1 Colleges)
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in FMCG? We are looking for a result-driven Area Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing consumer goods company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing distribution channels, and leading a team of motivated sales officers.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
- Drive primary and secondary sales volumes.
- Expand distribution networks and meet infrastructure targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales officers, motivating them to achieve business objectives.
- Execute local sales promotion schemes, visibility campaigns, and new product launches.
- Monitor and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure smooth depot operations, including claims management and compliance.
- Analyze and report on competition and sales performance through MIS.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager, preferably from a premier B-school.
- Proven ability in handling teams of sales officers and frontline representatives.
- Expertise in general trade, standalone supermarkets, and wholesale channels.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi market (mandatory).
- Experience in the personal care market is an added advantage.
