Key Account Executive- FMCG /Consumer Durables - 5+ years- Bangalore

Location- Bangalore

We’re seeking for a dynamic female Key Account Executive who will nurture relationships, drive online sales and organisation’s presence on major ecommerce platforms. You'll develop strategic sales plans, optimize product listings, manage inventory, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. If you have a strong FMCG and ecommerce background, we want you!

Your Future Employer:  It is a prominent consumer care company specializing in FMCG/FMCD- Personal Care, Skin Care, Home Care, Hygiene Care, Hair Care, Smart Lighting etc,) with a focus on ecommerce growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with major platforms like JD.com, Tmall, and Amazon, serving as the main point of contact for ecommerce accounts.
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to hit targets and improve online visibility. Keeping an eye on performance and spotting opportunities for growth.
  3. Handling marketing and promotional campaigns on ecommerce platforms and working with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  4. Managing inventory, forecasting demand, and keeping stock levels in check across ecommerce platforms.
  5. Fine-tuning product listings and making sure content meets the platform’s guidelines.
  6. Quickly addressing customer concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  7. Monitoring key performance indicators, analysing results, and reporting on sales, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements:

  1. MBA in Marketing with experience in FMCG/FMCD and major ecommerce platforms.
  2. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in ecommerce tools.
