Business Development Manager - BPM - Chandigarh/Pune - 7+ Years

We are looking for a Manager – Business Development to help secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and positioning BPM services as a strategic solution.

Location : Chandigarh (Preferred) or Pune

Your Future Employer:  Our client is a renowned name in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry, with 16+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and secure new business in the BPM sector, focusing on verticals like finance, healthcare, IT, and telecom.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring tailored BPM solutions that address their needs.
  3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  4. Achieve sales targets and manage a solid pipeline through client acquisition strategies.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing) to deliver high-quality service and drive project success.
  6. Lead contract negotiations and manage both legal and financial aspects of the sales process.

Requirements

  1. MBA with 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in the BPM/BPO industry.
  2. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong understanding of BPM/BPO services and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce to manage sales pipelines.
  6. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
