Requirements
- 17+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on business delivery

- Strong understanding of insurance operations, including claims processing, underwriting, and policy administration
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Experience to handle atleast 100+ FTE's.
