We are looking for an experienced professional to join as a Cluster Head - Advisor Development & Retention. In this role, you will lead a team of Advisor Development and Retention Managers (ADRMs) to drive advisor activation, retention, and business growth. If you have a strong track record in insurance sales and team leadership, this role offers a great opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 ADRMs, ensuring their effectiveness in driving advisor activation and retention.
- Drive input behaviours with ADRMs and advisors, focusing on sales and business development.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and cross-sales objectives.
- Maintain high sales quality standards and ensure compliance with persistency benchmarks.
- Provide continuous training and development for ADRMs and advisors on new product launches and policy revisions.
- Facilitate advisor participation in training programs and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges faced by ADRMs and advisors.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in the insurance sector.
- Proven sales track record in Insurance, preferably Life Insurance.
- Experience in managing cross-sell sales teams.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, process-driven sales environment.
