Zonal Sales Manager – E-Commerce / General Trade - 9+ Years - Gujarat
As a Zonal Sales Manager for Gujarat, you will lead efforts to expand FMCG product distribution across semi-urban and rural areas, building a robust partner network and driving revenue. You’ll be at the forefront of a growing business, managing a large, dynamic sales team to deliver results across your zone.

Responsibilities:
- Driving revenue targets and strategizing to increase market coverage in Gujarat.
- Leading, building, and managing a highly motivated sales team to achieve business goals.
- Expanding and strengthening the network of partners to distribute products across retail stores in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Regularly reviewing sales progress through periodic assessments (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Managing a large team of sales and operations staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in mass distribution in FMCG, Telecom, Tech, E-commerce, or related industries and proven rural general trade sales experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with proven experience managing cross functional large distributed teams.
- Expertise in increasing sales coverage, handling P&L, general trade sales, working with diverse stakeholders and deep understanding of rural market dynamics.
- MBA/Postgraduate qualification, from tier 1 or 2 institute.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
