We are seeking a dynamic Support & Analytics Senior Consultant to collaborate with the Head of Corporate Sales in developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing analytical support to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyse industry trends and customer needs and serving as the liaison between regional corporate heads and central teams.
- Assisting in developing product strategies aligned with market demands.
- Analysing P&L statements to identify profitability drivers.
- Interpreting data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Understanding competitors’ strategies to maintain a competitive edge and utilizing data-driven tools to enhance sales team performance and profitability.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
- Proven experience in corporate sales, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
