Sr Lead / Architect
Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead/Architect to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Azure Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions, cloud architecture, and hands-on experience with designing and implementing cloud-based integration solutions. This role requires a leader who can drive the architecture and design of complex integration solutions on the Azure platform, while also working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture and Design: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of integration solutions leveraging Azure iPaaS (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Power Automate, etc.).
- Cloud Integration: Implement and manage integration workflows, automation, and data flows within Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to align integration strategies with business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including Azure iPaaS capabilities, to ensure continuous improvement in cloud-based integration solutions.
- Performance and Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve integration solutions for performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Address any integration-related issues and provide resolutions within stipulated SLAs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- B. Tech from Tier-1 college / M.S or M. Tech is prefer.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, specifically in 3+ in Azure, 3+ years in integration.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure iPaaS solutions, such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure Event Grid.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting cloud-based integration solutions for large enterprise environments.
- Experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Azure Integration Services (iPaaS).
- Strong experience in cloud architecture, Microservices, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native patterns.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, identity management, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in any open source integration technologies, kafka and mulesoft mandate.
