Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent(Majorly will be working on accounting roles)
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Managing relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on full-cycle recruiting(pref. from a BPM setup)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple requisitions and delivering results within tight timelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in using various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract top talent
- A passion for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
