Summary:
We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. This role will involve overseeing corporate actions, loan servicing, asset management operations, and reconciliations. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in the middle-office operations, facilitating smooth trade processing and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and process corporate actions for various asset classes, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the system.
2. Manage middle-office functions including trade processing, settlements, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
3. Handle loan servicing activities such as managing interest payments, principal repayments, and documentation.
4. Reconcile positions across various systems, ensuring data consistency and resolving discrepancies.
5. Collaborate with the front office, back office, and external parties to ensure smooth trade flow and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

1. 3-6 years of experience in corporate actions, middle office, and asset management operations.
2. Strong understanding of loan servicing and reconciliation processes.
3. Familiarity with financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
4. Experience with trade processing systems, reconciliation tools, and financial software.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
