Looking for an experienced sales training professional to conduct and enhance induction programs for frontline sales (FLS) managers and their supervisors. This role ensures that new employees are well-prepared to perform effectively, contributing to overall business success.

- Delivering comprehensive induction programs aligned with business objectives for FLS managers and their supervisors.

- Monitoring performance, identifying productivity gaps, and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensuring training effectiveness through performance assessments, feedback, and continuous content improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline with 6 to 7 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training tools.
- Willingness to travel for conducting induction sessions.
