Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the capabilities of the Finance and Accounting teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
- Manage a team of trainers and oversee the delivery of training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and capability development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for Finance and Accounting professionals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of learning management systems and other training tools
