Sales Manager - RMC - Construction - 2+ Years - Pune
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts in the Ready-Mix Concrete & Blocks segment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, team management, and key account management experience, with a focus on driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the region's sales targets for Ready-Mix Concrete & Blocks.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Provide technical information and guidance to clients to support sales efforts.
- Manage contracts, pricing, and ensure that margins are exceeded while adapting to market changes.
- Oversee after-sales services, including invoicing, cube reports, and collections, while ensuring compliance with credit policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Post Graduate Qualification in Management preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or construction materials industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts, market intelligence, and CRM activities effectively.
