Responsibilities

  1. Performing hands-on sales training and coaching to enhance performance.
  2. Developing innovative training resources and techniques to improve outcomes.
  3. Conducting induction training sessions and delivering impactful presentations.
  4. Maintaining training policies, procedures, and providing ongoing support.
  5. Preparing daily reports and utilizing advanced training tools.

Requirements                                                                             

  1. 13–18 years of experience, with a proven track record in direct sales and hardcore sales training.
  2. Prior experience in regional training roles with leading organizations.
  3. Excellent PowerPoint and reporting skills, with a flair for developing training tools.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Open to travel and adept at corporate induction training.
