Summary: As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in project planning, delivery, and client engagement. You will lead projects independently, working closely with clients to develop innovative solutions and drive organizational change. This role involves mentoring team members and contributing to internal initiatives while traveling to client locations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE as needed (up to 2-3 weeks/month).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead multiple work streams and tackle complex client problems.
Serve as a thought partner, offering innovative solutions to clients.
Team Management:
Guide and mentor Analysts and Junior Associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Manage performance and development of team members.
Client Engagement:
Interact with CXO-level audiences and deliver impactful presentations/workshops.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business.
Internal Initiatives:
Lead efforts in knowledge management and organizational development.
Drive high-impact business proposals that align with client needs.
Requirements:
1-Qualifications:
Full-time MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 B-school (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, etc.) and/or
B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 undergrad institution (IITs, NITs, DTU, etc.) or Chartered Accountant.
2-Experience:
a-Minimum 3.5 years of relevant work experience with a focus on team management.
b-Expertise in one or more sectors: Retail, BFSI, Healthcare.
3-Skills:
a-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
b-Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
c-Knowledge of strategy development, process improvement, and digital transformation.
4-Certifications:
a-Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CFA) are a plus.
