Senior Manager- Insurance Operations- Life or Health Insurance- 10+ Years - Gurugram
We are looking for a specialist with Excellent communication skills and at least 10 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Policy Management, (Policy Servicing/ Policy Renewals/Policy Issuance/ Policy Administration) Compliance, Grievances & Governance Operations, preferably from Life & Health Insurance industry.
Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day insurance operations & liaise with the clients on a daily/weekly basis and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
- Managing a group of First Line Managers and is primarily responsible for delivering SLAs and schedule for tasks performed.
- Driving team performance, KPI management, reporting, absenteeism, attrition, etc.
- Handling day to day operations with focus on coaching, recognition, performance management and analysis including data trends and drivers.
- Managing customer/client escalations effectively as per guidelines.
- Interacting regularly with the clients to share updates, manage operational reviews.
Requirements:
- Having 10yrs+ experience in Insurance Operations
- Detailed knowledge of operational processes in Life/Health insurance industry
- Professional certification in privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPT) is highly desirable
- Understanding of GDPR will be preferred
