Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top IT talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in IT recruitment(IT Quant, Quant model validation, model testing, quant analysis, quant market/credit risk, fixed income, derivatives), with a focus on talent acquisition
Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top IT talent
Strong understanding of different sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
