Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization's talent acquisition needs
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters to enhance team performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition -CAT Modelling and Reinsurance with a focus on diversity hiring
- Proven experience in leading high-performing recruitment teams
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
