Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies for campus hiring, blue-collar recruitment, and digital roles.
- Managing recruitment activities for campus programs, trade apprenticeships, and digital transformation roles.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and business teams to understand and align recruitment needs with organizational goals.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines across diverse domains, including automation, digital technologies, and blue-collar roles.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, from sourcing through onboarding.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on campus hiring, blue-collar roles, and digital transformation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with blue-collar labor laws and digital trends such as automation and AI.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives.
