We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our team and drive growth across multiple high-impact sectors, including Corporate Gifting, Payments Gateway, Fintech, Retail, E-Commerce, and Banking. Your Future Employer: Is one of  the largest player in segment of  Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for B2B sales, identifying and targeting key industries and market segments.
  • Will be responsible for end-to-end management of hunting, pitching, solutions, and execution by maintaining a strong sales funnel all the time.
  • Must achieve budgeted individual targets and collective targets of the sales team for digital Gift Vouchers.
  • Drive enterprise sales efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.
  •  Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  •  10+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fin-tech/Payment, Gift Voucher, Loyalty, Retail, E-Commerce, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mind-set.
  •  Willingness to travel as required.
