Location: Hyderabad

Client is hiring for the role of Area Manager in Corporate Sales who can take charge of Corporate Sales in Hyderabad by driving growth across Commercial Insurance lines such as Fire, Liability, Marine, and more. managing current broker relationships and acquiring new ones, ensuring sales targets are achieved and service levels maintained.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly business targets across assigned lines of business.
2. Manage renewals and source new business from current brokers/intermediaries.
3. Increase market penetration by onboarding new brokers.
4. Ensure compliance with service TATs and internal coordination requirements.
5. Maintain accurate business reports and ensure correct booking of business.

Requirements:

1. 5-8 years of experience in sales/marketing within the Hyderabad insurance market.
2. Expertise in corporate commercial insurance with key brokers or insurance companies.
3. Strong client servicing skills with a focus on market expansion.
4. Experience in managing broker relations and sourcing new business.
5. Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure adherence to service standards.
