Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals and drive regional growth. - Revenue & Profitability Management:
Ensure revenue growth and maintain profit margins through effective sales planning. - Channel Relationship Management:
Build and manage relationships with key channel partners to expand business opportunities. - Operational Excellence:
Optimize resource utilization, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue. - Team Building & Development:
Lead and develop high-performing teams, focusing on productivity and growth.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in the Banking/NBFC sector, preferably in auto finance or used car lending.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing and building teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
