4. Mentoring & motivating and guiding team members ensuring sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures.
Requirements-
1. 4+ years of experience in sales within FMCG, personal care, skin care & hair care industry.
2. MBA from a good/recognized B-School.
3. Experience in general trade, modern trade, or professional division
