We are looking for a Vice President – Transformation who will be responsible for driving and implementing transformation initiatives within the Asset Management business. This role will focus on building and transforming capabilities as part of the India 2.0 ambition, with an emphasis on the trade lifecycle, client lifecycle, and investment lifecycle for both public and private markets. You will be leading complex transformation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.

Responsibilities -
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver on the India 2.0 ambition, focusing on building new capabilities and strengthening existing ones.
- Lead the design and execution of transformation programs aimed at improving key business processes, ensuring a globalized operating model supporting all regions (UK, Europe, APAC, and US).
- Drive transformational change initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance in building a high-performance culture within the Asset Management teams.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Asset Management transformation projects, managing project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain high-quality project plans, ensuring that responsibilities are clearly defined and that risks and issues are effectively managed.
Requirements -
- Minimum of 15+ years of management experience, with at least 10 years leading transformation and change projects, preferably within asset management or capital markets.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, including turning around failing projects and building momentum for new initiatives.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in business transformation, lifecycle mapping, process design, and technology transformation within the asset management industry.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and manage relationships with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, CIOs, and investment teams.
- Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, CI, Lean, Business Transformation, or Agile are an added advantage.
