We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President - Transformation to join our Business Transformation team. This role is focused on driving transformational change within the Asset Management business, with a primary focus on enhancing operating models and implementing scalable business processes to support growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities -

  1. Lead and manage projects focused on strengthening existing capabilities and building new capabilities as part of the India 2.0 ambition.
  2. Drive end-to-end business process transitions, ensuring all transitions are successful and reported back to the governance team.
  3. Collaborate with functional leaders and stakeholders to build scalable operating models and improve efficiencies across multiple regions (UK, Europe, APAC, US).
  4. Conduct in-depth activity analysis, build process maps, and document value streams.
  5. Support change management efforts to ensure stakeholders are well-prepared for changes.
  6. Lead medium to highly complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope, while maintaining high-quality documentation and risk management.

Requirements -

  1. Minimum of 8+ years of management experience, including 5+ years of leading transformation and change projects within the asset management or capital markets industry.
  2. Proven experience in project management and transition management (PMP preferred).
  3. Experience in documenting process maps, lifecycle models, and building frameworks for business transitions.
  4. Knowledge of GCC capabilities, COE models, and transformation within asset management.
  5. Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, CI, Lean, Business Transformation, or Agile are an advantage.
