Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and enquiries from existing and new clientele.
- Preparation of tailor-made proposals capturing technical and commercial details aligned to customer’s expectation.
- Negotiate and conclude contract in adherence to company’s sales policy.
- Budgeting and Management reports.
- Preparation of tailor-made marketing presentation to meet the specific needs of customer.
- Development and execution of marketing plans in consultation with Manager-Marketing.
- Be the customer champion in marketing team and provide perceptive customer insight to power strategic development using the customer data and competitor research.
- Short term and long-term business forecast and revenue.
- Preparation of tour reports / Monthly reports.
- Development and execution of marketing plans in consultation with Manager-Marketing.
- Preparation of tour reports / Monthly reports.
Metrics:
- No of enquiry generations
- Previous experience of handling end-customers for Engineered-To-Order goods

- Strong written and spoken English and presentation skills.

- Good technical and commercial knowledge.
- Good analytical capability.
- Highly organized and comfortable working to strict deadlines.
Job Specifications/Profile:
- BE in Mechanical.
- Previous experience of minimum 10 years in capital goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving targets in the preceding organization.
- Gear / Pumps / Compressors / Generators / Couplings / Turbines industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated proven track record of winning orders against all odds.
- Competent with MS-Office.
