Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities(sales hiring-Agency,retail channels), including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process
- Build strong talent pipelines and networks to attract top talent

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition(Insurance industry pref.), with a focus on diversity recruiting
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels
- Strong understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
