Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring across various departments(agency, retail)
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and managing a team of retainers
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Building a strong talent pipeline and proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
- Ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilizing data and analytics to enhance recruitment metrics and make informed decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring
- Proven track record in driving successful recruitment strategies
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(team handling experience is a good to have skill)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
