5. Monitoring industry trends to adapt strategies and align curriculum.

Requirements:

1. 6-8 years of experience in placement management or talent acquisition, preferably in creative sectors.
2. Strong networking skills within the creative arts and media industries.
3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
4. Deep understanding of creative industry dynamics and employment landscape.
5. Willingness to travel across the country.
