• Collaborating with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and providing expert consulting advice
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Providing insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment( Bfsi hiring- consulting and advisory roles)
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in consulting or advisory roles will be an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
